CPT Connor J Bednarzyk, USA, Memorial Fund is a nonprofit charitable organization that strengthens the community through its social engagement, education, and fundraising. Our focus is to encourage and assist individuals including, but not limited to, those who will serve, are serving, or have served our Country by enlisting in the Armed Forces of the United States while also aiming to motivate and instill leadership qualities in those same individuals in the memory of Connor J. Bednarzyk. The purposes of the foundation includes the implementation of programs, projects, and strategies to provide high school scholarships, grants to other nonprofit corporations aiding veterans with PTSD, and offer support to those participating in Ranger Training Phases.

Assist Central Bucks High school graduates enrolling as non-commissioned recruits in the US Military with future savings and financial planning. This includes financial support and guidance for OEG (Operation Eternal Gratitude) at all three of the Central Bucks High Schools.
Empower US Army Rangers in their pursuits of higher education degrees with financial grants.

Assist Central Bucks High school graduates enrolling as commissioned recruits in the US Military (college ROTC) with college costs not covered under the military. This includes financial support and guidance for OEG (Operation Eternal Gratitude) at all three of the Central Bucks High Schools.

To provide grants to sister military organizations supporting our military. Examples – Mission 22 (PTSD grant for Vietnam Veterans), Shamrock Reins (Equine Therapy for Vets), Dominic Testani Foundation (seed money to start their 501 (c)(3).

Support to local central Bucks County PA community efforts, that relate to military.

The Captain Connor J. Bednarzyk, USA, Memorial Fund, dba Five Foundation, is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) public charitable organization established in July 2019. ​
