The 5 Foundation is honored to support one of our local hometown hero organizations, Shamrock Reins. Shamrock Reins, located in Pipersville, PA provides equine therapies and activities for veterans and their families. Since 2014, along with the guidance of founder Janet Brennan, these horses have helped our Veterans, Active Duty & Reserve Service Members, First Responders, and even their families take the reins against PTSD by fostering positive, life-changing experiences through innovative equine therapy. The Shamrock Reins horses provide a comforting environment of safety that enables the heroes of our community to build vital coping skills and manage the often debilitating post-traumatic stress brought on by their service to our country. All this with absolutely ZERO out of pocket expenses for all participants. The work done at Shamrock Reins has helped, even saved, countless lives.
