
Jonathan Troop
Jonathan Troop served the entirety of his military career as an infantryman in the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. During his time on active duty, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Purdue University Global, completing the degree during his final combat deployment in 2022. Throughout his time in the Ranger Regiment, Jonathan served in several leadership roles, culminating in his service as a Staff Sergeant and squad leader responsible for leading and mentoring a team of eight Rangers. Following his transition from active duty, Jonathan attended the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management, where he earned his MBA in May 2025. He currently works in financial services and lives in the Tampa, Florida area with his wife. Jonathan was introduced to the Bednarzyk family through fellow ambassador Harrison Lewis, and the The Five Foundation and Connor’s parents have since become like family to him. He is honored to serve as an ambassador for the Foundation and remains committed to supporting the veteran and service member community.
