Joseph Paskell 

Joseph Paskell grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where he attended Notre Dame College studying Political Science and playing baseball for 4 Years. After graduating in 2021 with his bachelor's degree, he decided to enlist in the Army in 2022. He graduated from RASP in October of 2022 and was then assigned to Charlie company. Joseph served there for 3 years, during which he deployed, earned his Ranger Tab in March of 2024, and served as a gun team leader for a year. As he transitions out of the army, he is assigned to Echo company while pursuing his MBA at UNC Charlotte, and has been honored to be a recipient of an academic scholarship from the 5 Foundation. As he transitions, he will continue to complete his MBA in Real Estate and spend time with his wife Laurel, and their newborn son, Archer. He is committed to growing as a leader and helping service members and veterans in any way possible. Following his separation from the Army, Joseph plans to move to North Carolina to continue his education, career, and dedication to service and leadership.
